While the paint applies nicely, its smell is very strong, persisting even after one week. Even with ventilation I suffered headaches after using. I will finish this bathroom project with the paint, but will not use it again.

Due to a shortage of the paint I needed to complete a painting job, I needed to order more to finish. I went online to the DUNN-EDWARDS website to place my order. The selection process went ok and I was scheduled to pick up my order at my local store. When I arrived, somehow the "color" had not made it to the gallon of paint I ordered and paid for..... the attendant at my local store explained that color is added at the pick up time, which she did. She was pleasant and I was able to leave with my can of paint

the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I would have appreciated knowing the price could have been cheaper had my painter used his account to pay for the paint. The price would have been half. The convenience of using a local store vs. Home Depot is the reason I chose Dunn-Edwards.

Store is understaffed, seems like a tough place to work (ie, workers unhappy and barely responsive). Every step of the process took longer than expected. Waited at least 15 minutes every time I went to the store. Colors not available in paint type. I was told they had to go to another store to pick up that paint type and told to return at a certain time. When I returned, I was told they ran out of time to go to another store, so I had to come back the next day. Five trips to the store for two orders. Employees tried to give wrong (partial) order to my wife. Sherwin-Williams experience was so much better. Even Home Depot customer service was way better than Dunn Edwards. I used to really like visiting the store in San Diego when I lived there. Hate to say it, but I’m never coming back to this store (Folsom Blvd, Sacramento).
