Love the online order - quick & easy & ready when I arrived! The exquisite paint in eggshell is a beautiful finish - light sheen and wipeable without the gloss. Cottage white is an excellent creamy white - very clean looking/warm white - softer appearing than some of the other whites like birch white.

My paint wasn’t ready. The employee came out of the back and made Ila one weird excuse about the colors being too similar to the last set of samples I got. Isn’t that the whole point of samples? I had to wait for all of them to be mixed which was the whole reason I ordered online. I was late to my next stop because of the employee. No apology or anything. I heard him talking about me with another female employee while I was waiting. I went with Sherwin-Williams .

I ordered 1 gallon of paint for $67.50. Apparently online orders are rare. The order wasn't ready when I got to the store as they were unaware of the order. They still got the order ready in about 10 minutes. Turned out I needed a second gallon so I just went to store to get it. I was surprised to fine out by going to the store (vs online) the same gallon of paint only cost $56.52. Why was that????

I received an email the order was ready to be picked up. Went to the store. The system does not coordinate with the store, the order wasn’t even known by the employees until I arrived. My local store in Peoria AZ is amazing and they had it ready in minutes. Next time I’ll just go in and order. The online ordering is not efficient. But the paint was prepared properly and fit my needs. Store employees were helpful as always

I ordered paint online a few days before pickup to avoid waiting in the store. Through no fault of their own, the store had to send away for the base paint in order to fulfill the order. They were so nice and apologetic for having no way to contact me to let me know of the delay. More a systems issue than negligence on their part. I had to return later in the day when the store was busy for another wait. Total wait time was about a half hour. Should have just ordered in the store. Same wait time but would have saved an extra trip.

I ordered 4 items online for store pickup in Placentia, CA. They were two paint samples, a quart of exterior primer and 2 quarts of exterior Spartashield in "Picket Fence" white, eggshell sheen. I ordered at 6am. At 10am, I hadn't heard anything from the store. I needed to get my project underway so I went to the store. I contacted a salesperson and he said they didn't have my order. He asked if I had a confirmation number, so I gave him the order number. He said he did see the order, that it hadn't been filled yet and for the future, I should call my orders in, or come to the store directly. He then said he'd have all the paint mixed up quickly for me. After 5 minutes, he returned and said they had no eggshell sheen in quarts and that I'd have to get a gallon. I said fine and they mixed all the paints. He didn't charge me extra for the gallon since I only need the 2 quarts.
It was a frustrating experience but it worked out. It just took a long time from ordering to finally getting my paint.
It seems they're not to keen on serving the once-in-a-while guy like me. It's more set up for the commercial or professional people with accounts there.
