Easy order, easy pick up, great communication!

Well, my order wasn’t actually ready when I arrived. I had received an email the day before saying that it was ready. It was ok though, it didn’t take long to mix up the paint. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everyone was nice and helpful. I LOVE Dunn Edwards and shop there A LOT!!!!

Great experience

I made the order on Thursday for Monday pickup. I revived an email that my order was ready. I went in Monday afternoon and they couldn't find my order anywhere. They had to remix on the spot while I waited. I left with what I needed but it wasn't smooth.

Ordered onlin. Online software said order was ready for pickup. Arrived at store 2 h ours later. Not only was order NOT ready, they did NOT have all the items I ordered and I had to wait, IN STORE, an extra half-hour while they cobbled together my order. Line at the store was long and there was only 1 person at counter. Even though there were people in the store who could help me, nobody did. I waited 30 minutes to get up to the counter, then had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the order to actually get completed. COMPARE THAT to a Benjamin Moore order I had on the same day, ordered via their online service. Order ready notice came in. I arrived at the store 1 hour later. Order was ready for pickup. They had a special line for online orders, so I did not wait at all. NEXT TIME I won't even bother to order from Dunn Edwards.

I ordered the paint in the afternoon and the website told me it was going to be ready at 0900 next day. I showed up at 0900 and they did not even know about my order. I picked it up a few hours later and the paint was great but what needs to improve is the information provided to me. Please make sure that whatever you tell me is accurate so my time is not wasted. thanks, jg

Made getting a color mixed up easy to get without the wait. Able to go in and pick up my quart of touch up paint and get going on my way efficiently. Great method if you know what you need ahead of time

I bought paint to do window sills, doors and touch ups. I was so pleased that the colors still matched the walls. Ordered after 5:00 p.m. online and the order was ready for pickup by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Wow! That's some kind of service!

All of the employees are very helpful.

It took a very long time. There was one person at the front but other employees in the store. Another employee finally reluctantly came to help take care of the people in line. It took way too long to pick up the paint which was pre-ordered and paid for. I will try not to use D & E again

The ordering process was super easy and my order was waiting for me when I got to the store. I was in and out very quickly, very efficient!

It was so easy to order online and come in to pick it up. I ended up realizing I needed a different sized paint brush and was able to exchange it quickly without any problems.

Love using the website to try out colors and then order tester samples. I ordered the night before and they were ready before 9am. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips for the non pro painter. Paint quality is worth the price. The Scottsdale store is my go to for all interior and exterior paint.

Very convenient with online ordering. You need to make the sample sizes easier to find on the website.

The team was nice to me and the store was very clean. My samples were accurate. What was frustrating was the price of a “cheap” brush to use for the sample. Look the brushes themselves are cheaply made but the price for the single use with the samples was unreal. At least have an option for $1 or give the black sponge one for free. Greedy.

Ordering online was very easy and efficient. Was able to pick up the order the next day, no problem. (Haven't used the paint yet).

Clerk complained about new computer system not notifying them of online purchases. If that is the case, then adjustments need to be made to the system or store personnel have to check on line as a normal SOP everyday.

Easy peasy

Not ordering with dunns was a mess. Extremely difficult not user friendly and no one from the stores know how to use it. It goes to one location then they send that to location you want. Problem is they did not transfer notes and options on order not there. For example: I wanted my primer tinted. No option in order so I put it in notes. Since notes don’t get forwarded to pick up my order was wrong.

At first my order could not be found. The you man that assisted me was great. When found, he carried it to my car. Quite effortless....

Store staff were very helpful. I used the website to pick exactly the right paint, the whole process was very simple and smooth.

It was very easy to order a quart of a color I wanted to test on our home’s exterior.

The store had not noticed that I had placed an order to pick up samples. They quickly put my order together when I arrived though

They didn’t show record of since I used SHOP for the purchase. We had the email confirmation so they gave it to us but seems there may be a disconnect when paid by SHOP

Asked for exterior paint, I was given interior.

I bought a sample size can of paint to pick up in-store. The order was ready the very same day I ordered it, but I couldn't pick it up until the next day. When I went into the store I was received with a friendly welcome from a young employee. He looked for my order in the computer but somehow he couldn't find it, even after I showed him my confirmation email. He also went to look in the back of the store with no results, he apologized for the inconvenience, then I noticed a small can of paint on the counter and asked him if that one was the one for me, he looked and confirmed the name. He was never rude, I just find odd that he couldn't find it.

Easy to order & quick pickup process.

I’m a homeowner that does my share of painting. Started with Dunn Edward’s 35 years ago. Due to a HOA color issue I migrated to a competitor store, different brand. Never liked their customer service. Dunn Edward’s store in San Juan I have NEVER had an issue with. Live them. Nicest folks to deal with.

I ordered with the Shop App. I went to pick up the order after receiving a notification that it was ready, but the store didn't have it and couldn't locate it. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make the order.

Good. Smooth.

Staff was great and order was ready on time. Store hours are narrow. Staying open till 6pm would help.
