The team was nice to me and the store was very clean. My samples were accurate. What was frustrating was the price of a “cheap” brush to use for the sample. Look the brushes themselves are cheaply made but the price for the single use with the samples was unreal. At least have an option for $1 or give the black sponge one for free. Greedy.

Not ordering with dunns was a mess. Extremely difficult not user friendly and no one from the stores know how to use it. It goes to one location then they send that to location you want. Problem is they did not transfer notes and options on order not there. For example: I wanted my primer tinted. No option in order so I put it in notes. Since notes don’t get forwarded to pick up my order was wrong.

I bought a sample size can of paint to pick up in-store. The order was ready the very same day I ordered it, but I couldn't pick it up until the next day. When I went into the store I was received with a friendly welcome from a young employee. He looked for my order in the computer but somehow he couldn't find it, even after I showed him my confirmation email. He also went to look in the back of the store with no results, he apologized for the inconvenience, then I noticed a small can of paint on the counter and asked him if that one was the one for me, he looked and confirmed the name. He was never rude, I just find odd that he couldn't find it.

I’m a homeowner that does my share of painting. Started with Dunn Edward’s 35 years ago. Due to a HOA color issue I migrated to a competitor store, different brand. Never liked their customer service. Dunn Edward’s store in San Juan I have NEVER had an issue with. Live them. Nicest folks to deal with.

the only thing that was an issue is your shop program insisted on using our billing address as the ship to address... causing some consternation as it was an in-store pickup. On a previous order, the ship to address was the pickup store.
but the team in Hollywood/sunset is great. It's Lettie (sp) who is just super!

Ordered online about 30 minutes before closing night before. Didn't expect to get same day, but would like to get it early in morning. Came into the store at around 7 am to see if I can get the order before the 9 am time and associate said do not see my order. The system has not submitted the store the order yet. How is this even possible that the online order did not transmit overnight?

I never received the order. I called the store and the store has no order for me.i think I am buying premium paint and I get nothing.
The internet ordering process is so armature. The store couldn’t find my order and couldinf make my order because they said an email wasn’t received. I tried to cancel the order by making another call to customer support and they needed to send a request to their manager. The order still isn’t cancelled and no paint. I paid and have nothing but the run around and headache.

I thought by ordering online and paying in advance, it would not only be easier but faster - that was not the case. I received my email the paint was ready for pick up, but when I showed up, they were unable to find my order and spent nearly 30 minutes calling other stores, asking other colleagues, to finally decide to make the paint I ordered from my email confirmation. I remained calm during the process, but I won't be coming back.
